I am a born skeptic, but Sean broke down my walls and worked harder than many people I have known. Despite a "buyer" who basically tried to play us, Sean maintained his cool, calm, and can do demeanor. When the buyer pulled out at the nth hour, I lost my cool, but Sean found another buyer immediately with an offer commensurate with the first one. He never skipped a beat. Sean could sell ice to Alaskans! His upbeat, pleasant, and genuinely nice demeanor sold me. Wish we weren't leaving the state because I would have him on speed dial for any future sales.

The house in which I had raised my children, my dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, etc. But it was just me and my dog now and it was more house than the two of us needed or could manage. Carole was patient with me as I reluctantly came to that conclusion. She even suggested that I pack up and leave with my dog while she took care of all the preparations necessary to put the house on the market. I didn't realize it at the time, but it was a great suggestion because, well, I couldn't keep the windows clean with dog slobber on them. Additionally, Carole must've sensed that it would've been even more difficult for me to leave if I saw how beautiful my house was once the contractors had completed their work. So I left and Carole managed everything in my absence, including the supervision of the contract work, the purchase and installation of new registers in the floor, the hiring of window cleaners (even cleaning some windows herself), radon testing, forwarding my mail, mowing the lawn, and many other tasks that I would have had to perform had I remained. In the end, we had a contract signed within a week of placing the house on the market and went to settlement within 30 days of the contract, with no hiccups or complications. The whole process was smooth, seamless and painless and I attribute that to Carole's knowledge, experience, patience and diligence.
